KoLinks는 이용자의 개인정보를 존중하며, 영국 개인정보 보호법과 투명성 원칙에 따라 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 운영자 및 적용 범위
Korea London Links(이하 “KoLinks”)는 법인 설립 전 개인이 운영하는 영국 한인 생활정보 서비스입니다. KoLinks는 이 사이트에서 처리하는 개인정보의 데이터 컨트롤러(Data Controller)입니다.

본 방침은 kolinks.uk, 문의, 뉴스레터, 업소 정보 등록 및 관련 결제에 적용됩니다. KoLinks는 업소 회원가입이나 방문자 리뷰 기능을 운영하지 않습니다. 업소 정보는 업소 측에서 제공한 상호 정보와 이미지를 관리자가 직접 게시합니다.
2. 수집하는 개인정보
- 사이트 이용정보: IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 정보, 접속시간, 방문 페이지, 유입 경로, 쿠키 및 유사 식별자
- 문의정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 내용과 답변 기록
- 업소 등록정보: 업소명, 업종, 주소, 전화번호, 웹사이트·소셜 링크, 영업정보, 사진·로고, 그리고 제출 과정에서 자발적으로 제공한 담당자 연락처
- 뉴스레터 정보: 이메일 주소, 신청 시각, 동의 및 수신거부 기록
- 거래정보: 청구·결제 관련 연락처, 결제금액, 결제일, 거래 참조번호, 세금·회계 기록. 계좌이체를 이용하면 은행이 거래 당사자의 정보를 별도로 처리할 수 있습니다.
KoLinks는 업소 소개에 필요한 범위를 넘어 민감정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 업소는 게시 권한을 보유한 이미지와 정확한 정보만 제공해야 하며, 사진에 식별 가능한 개인이 포함된 경우 적법한 게시 권한을 확보해야 합니다.

4. 업소 정보와 공개정보
게시된 업소명, 주소, 전화번호, 웹사이트, 사진 및 영업정보는 일반에 공개됩니다. 업소 측은 게시 또는 수정 권한을 요청할 수 있으며, 정보가 부정확하거나 권리 침해 신고가 접수되면 KoLinks는 확인 후 수정·비공개 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 공개된 사업체 정보도 개인사업자나 담당자를 식별할 수 있다면 개인정보가 될 수 있습니다.
5. 결제
KoLinks는 현지 계좌이체를 검토하고 있으며 카드 결제 서비스는 아직 선정·활성화하지 않았습니다. KoLinks는 전체 카드번호나 카드 보안코드를 직접 저장하지 않을 예정입니다. 카드 결제를 도입하기 전에 결제 대행사, 처리 위치, 보관기간 및 국제 이전 내용을 본 방침에 추가합니다.
6. 쿠키와 외부 서비스
사이트는 작동과 보안에 필요한 필수 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다. Google Analytics와 같은 비필수 분석 쿠키는 쿠키 동의 도구가 활성화된 후 이용자가 동의한 경우에만 설정합니다. 이용자는 쿠키 배너에서 비필수 쿠키를 거부하거나 나중에 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.

정확한 쿠키 이름과 수명은 실제 배포 설정을 기준으로 쿠키 배너 또는 별도 쿠키 안내에서 제공합니다.
7. 개인정보를 제공받는 곳
업무상 필요한 범위에서 다음 수신자 또는 처리자와 개인정보를 공유할 수 있습니다.

- Cloudflare: 도메인 등록, DNS 및 활성화된 CDN·보안 서비스

KoLinks는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
8. 영국 외 이전
주요 사이트 데이터는 AWS 영국 런던 리전에서 호스팅합니다. 다만 Google과 Cloudflare 같은 글로벌 서비스는 영국 외 지역에서 일부 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 제한된 국제 이전이 발생하는 경우 KoLinks는 해당 범위에 맞는 영국 적정성 규정, 영국 국제 데이터 이전 계약(IDTA), EU 표준계약조항에 대한 영국 부속서 또는 기타 법적으로 허용되는 보호 장치를 사용합니다. 관련 보호 장치의 사본이나 설명은 개인정보 보호 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.

보관 목적이 끝나면 정보를 삭제하거나 익명화합니다. 법적 청구, 분쟁, 사기 방지 또는 법률상 의무가 있는 경우 필요한 범위에서 더 오래 보관할 수 있습니다.
10. 보안
KoLinks는 접근 권한 제한, HTTPS 암호화, 시스템 업데이트, 보안 모니터링과 같은 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. 인터넷 전송이나 전자 저장의 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 백업이 도입되면 가능한 한 영국 리전에 암호화하여 저장하고 접근 권한과 보관주기를 제한합니다.
11. 이용자의 권리
관련 조건에 따라 이용자는 본인 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 처리 반대 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 특히 정당한 이익에 근거한 처리에 반대할 권리가 있습니다. 뉴스레터 동의는 이메일의 수신거부 링크 또는 개인정보 보호 이메일을 통해 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.

12. 아동
KoLinks는 만 18세 미만을 대상으로 유료 서비스를 제공하거나 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보가 적절한 권한 없이 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 확인 후 삭제합니다.
13. 자동화된 의사결정
KoLinks는 이용자에게 법적 또는 이와 유사하게 중대한 영향을 주는 전적으로 자동화된 의사결정이나 프로파일링을 하지 않습니다.
14. KoLinks iPhone 및 Android 앱
본 항목은 KoLinks iPhone 앱과 Android 앱에 적용됩니다. 앱 내부의 공개 콘텐츠 열람과, 앱에서 링크를 선택해 여는 웹사이트·외부 서비스의 개인정보 처리는 구분됩니다.
iPhone 앱
KoLinks iPhone 앱은 로그인 없이 영국 한인 생활정보와 업체정보를 열람하는 읽기 전용 서비스입니다. 앱의 게시물과 업체정보는 KoLinks가 WordPress 및 GeoDirectory에서 공개한 콘텐츠를 불러와 표시합니다.
- 계정: 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 앱에서 이름·이메일 주소·전화번호를 입력받지 않습니다.
- 기기 권한: 앱은 위치, 연락처, 사진, 카메라 또는 마이크 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
- 광고와 추적: 앱에는 광고 SDK나 교차 앱 추적 기능을 사용하지 않습니다.
- 저장 기능: 이용자가 저장한 게시물과 업체 목록은 해당 기기에만 보관됩니다. KoLinks 서버로 전송되지 않으며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.
- 공유 기능: 공유 버튼을 선택하면 iOS의 시스템 공유 화면이 열립니다. 이후 선택한 앱이나 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
- 서버 접속정보: KoLinks 원본 서버는 앱의 공개 콘텐츠 요청에서 접속 IP 주소를 응답 처리 후 보관하지 않습니다. Cloudflare 등 인프라 제공업체는 요청 전달과 보안을 위해 IP 주소 등 기술정보를 별도로 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 외부 링크: 앱에서 웹사이트나 외부 서비스를 열면 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
Android 앱
KoLinks Android 앱은 로그인 없이 공개 게시물, 업체·숙소 정보와 업체 프로모션을 보여주는 네이티브 읽기 전용 앱입니다. 웹사이트 전체를 WebView로 표시하지 않으며, WordPress와 GeoDirectory의 공개 API에서 콘텐츠를 불러옵니다.
- 계정과 문의: 앱 내부에는 회원가입·로그인·문의 양식이 없으며 이름·이메일 주소·전화번호를 입력받지 않습니다. 앱 지원 링크에서 웹사이트의 문의 페이지로 이동할 수 있습니다. 현재 문의 페이지는 온라인 양식 대신 이메일 링크를 제공합니다. 이메일로 문의하면 발신 주소, 문의 내용과 자발적으로 제공한 연락처 등 본 방침의 문의정보 처리가 적용되며 이메일 서비스도 관련 정보를 처리합니다. KoLinks는 업소 회원가입이나 방문자 리뷰 기능을 운영하지 않습니다.
- 화면 표시와 웹 추적: 게시물 HTML에서 스크립트, iframe, 양식과 웹사이트 스타일을 제거하고 네이티브 화면에 표시합니다. 따라서 앱의 읽기 화면에서는 웹사이트의 분석 스크립트·쿠키 배너·웹 광고 코드가 실행되지 않습니다. 앱에는 분석·광고 SDK나 광고 식별자 기반 추적 기능이 없습니다. 업체가 제공한 프로모션은 광고로 표시되는 공개 콘텐츠이며 광고 SDK와는 별개입니다.
- 기기 권한: 인터넷 접속과 네트워크 상태 확인 권한을 사용합니다. 위치·연락처·사진·카메라·마이크 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 지도·전화 링크를 선택하면 기기의 외부 앱이 열리며, 그 앱이 요청하는 권한과 개인정보 처리는 해당 서비스에 따릅니다.
- 콘텐츠·이미지 요청: 콘텐츠와 포스터·본문 이미지를 표시하려면 서버에 접속합니다. 이 과정에서 IP 주소, 요청 시각·URL, 앱의 요청 식별 문자열 등 기술정보가 서버 또는 인프라 제공업체에 전달될 수 있습니다. 외부 서버의 이미지도 해당 서버에 직접 요청되므로 그 제공업체가 접속정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 업체 검색: 업체 찾기에 입력한 검색어는 검색 결과를 받기 위해 KoLinks API의 요청 URL에 전송됩니다. 방임대·민박의 이름·지역 검색은 불러온 목록을 기기에서 필터링합니다. 인프라의 요청 로그에 URL이 저장되는 경우 업체 검색어도 포함될 수 있습니다.
- 저장과 삭제: 저장한 게시물·업체·숙소·프로모션은 앱의 기기 내부 저장공간에 보관하며 저장 목록을 KoLinks 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 앱에서 저장을 해제하거나 Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 제거하면 저장 목록을 잃을 수 있으며 다른 기기와 자동으로 동기화되지 않습니다. 저장한 글의 원격 이미지는 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
- 공유와 외부 링크: 공유는 Android 시스템 공유 화면으로 링크를 전달합니다. 웹사이트·지원 페이지·지도·전화 링크는 외부 브라우저 또는 해당 앱으로 열립니다. 브라우저에서 KoLinks 웹사이트를 이용할 때는 본 방침의 웹사이트 쿠키·분석·문의 관련 항목이, 외부 서비스에는 해당 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다.
- 서버와 인프라: KoLinks 원본 서버의 IP 보관 기준은 위 9번과 같습니다. Cloudflare 및 이미지 제공업체 등은 요청 전달·보안을 위해 기술정보를 별도로 처리할 수 있으며, 실제 보관 여부와 기간은 해당 제공업체의 설정에 따릅니다. 앱에 분석 SDK가 없다는 사실이 서버·외부 서비스의 데이터 처리까지 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다.

15. 방침 변경
서비스, 결제업체, 백업 위치 또는 법률이 변경되면 본 방침을 갱신하고 상단의 날짜를 변경합니다. 중요한 변경은 사이트 공지 또는 적절한 방법으로 알립니다.

This policy applies to kolinks.uk, enquiries, newsletters, business-listing submissions and related payments. KoLinks does not provide business user accounts or visitor reviews. Business information and images are supplied by the business and published directly by an administrator.
2. Personal data we collect
- Website usage data: IP address, browser and device details, access time, pages viewed, referral source, cookies and similar identifiers.
- Enquiries: name, email address, message and correspondence.
- Business listings: business name, category, address, telephone number, website or social links, opening details, photographs and logos, and any contact details voluntarily supplied during submission.
- Newsletter: email address, signup time, consent and unsubscribe records.
- Transactions: billing contact details, amount, date, transaction reference and tax or accounting records. Banks may separately process payer and payee information for bank transfers.
We do not intentionally request special-category data for listings. Businesses must provide accurate information and material they are entitled to publish, including appropriate permission where an identifiable person appears in an image.

4. Business listings and public information
Published business names, addresses, telephone numbers, websites, images and opening details are public. A business may request correction or removal. If information is inaccurate or a rights complaint is received, we may verify, amend, hide or remove it. Public business information may still be personal data where it identifies a sole trader or individual contact.
5. Payments
KoLinks is considering local bank transfers. A card-payment service has not yet been selected or activated. We do not intend to store full card numbers or card security codes. Before card payments are introduced, we will update this policy with the provider, processing locations, retention details and any international-transfer information.
6. Cookies and third-party services
We may use cookies strictly necessary for website operation and security. Non-essential analytics cookies, including Google Analytics, will only be set after a consent tool is active and the user has agreed. Users can reject non-essential cookies or change their choice later.
- Google Analytics: website measurement and improvement.
- Google Maps: maps and location content; Google may process technical data such as an IP address when a map loads.
- Google reCAPTCHA: spam and automated-access prevention.
- Cloudflare: domain registration and DNS, and CDN or security services when enabled; it may process IP addresses and request logs.
Exact cookie names and lifetimes will be provided through the live cookie banner or a separate cookie notice based on the deployed configuration.
7. Recipients
Where necessary, personal data may be shared with:
- AWS for hosting in the Europe (London) region, eu-west-2;
- Cloudflare for domain registration, DNS and enabled CDN or security services;
- Google for Analytics, Maps, reCAPTCHA and email services;
- banks and any card-payment provider selected in future;
- legal, accounting and IT support providers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
KoLinks does not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Primary website data is hosted in AWS’s London region. Global providers such as Google and Cloudflare may process some data outside the UK. Where a restricted transfer occurs, we rely as applicable on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful safeguard. You may request information about relevant safeguards using our privacy email.

We erase or anonymise data when its purpose ends. We may keep it longer where reasonably required for legal claims, disputes, fraud prevention or a legal obligation.
10. Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures such as access controls, HTTPS encryption, software updates and security monitoring. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. When backups are introduced, we intend to keep them encrypted in a UK region where practicable and limit access and retention.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. In particular, you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Newsletter consent can be withdrawn at any time through the unsubscribe link or our privacy email.

12. Children
KoLinks does not direct paid services to people under 18 or knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that a child’s data was collected without appropriate authority, we will investigate and delete it.
13. Automated decision-making
KoLinks does not use solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
14. KoLinks iPhone and Android apps
This section applies to the KoLinks iPhone and Android apps. Viewing public content inside the apps is distinct from using websites or external services opened through links.
iPhone app
The KoLinks iPhone app is a read-only service for viewing UK Korean community information and business listings without signing in. It displays public content published by KoLinks through WordPress and GeoDirectory.
- Accounts: The app does not require registration or sign-in and does not ask users to enter their name, email address or telephone number.
- Device permissions: The app does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- Advertising and tracking: The app does not use advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.
- Saved items: Articles and businesses saved by a user are kept only on that device. They are not sent to KoLinks and may be removed when the app is deleted.
- Sharing: Selecting Share opens the iOS system share sheet. The privacy policy of the app or service selected by the user then applies.
- Server access data: The KoLinks origin server does not retain the access IP address after processing the app’s request for public content. Infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may separately process technical data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure requests.
- External links: If the app opens a website or external service, that service’s privacy policy applies.
Android app
The KoLinks Android app is a native, read-only app displaying public articles, business and accommodation listings, and commissioned business promotions without signing in. It does not display the whole website in a WebView; it retrieves content through public WordPress and GeoDirectory APIs.
- Accounts and enquiries: There is no in-app registration, sign-in or enquiry form, and the app does not ask for a name, email address or telephone number. App-support links can lead to the website contact page, which currently provides email links rather than an online form. Sending an email involves enquiry processing under this policy, including the sender’s address, message and voluntarily supplied contact details; the email service also processes relevant information. KoLinks does not operate business user accounts or visitor reviews.
- Rendering and web tracking: Scripts, iframes, forms and website styles are removed from article HTML before native rendering. Website analytics scripts, cookie banners and web advertising code therefore do not run in the app’s reading screens. The app has no analytics or advertising SDK and no advertising-identifier tracking. Business promotions are labelled advertising content, separate from an advertising SDK.
- Device permissions: The app uses internet and network-state permissions. It does not request location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone permissions. Map and telephone links open external apps; those apps’ permissions and privacy practices apply separately.
- Content and image requests: Loading content, posters and article images requires server requests. IP addresses, request times and URLs, and the app’s request identifier may be transmitted to servers or infrastructure providers. Images hosted externally are requested directly from their servers, whose providers may process access information.
- Business searches: A search entered in the business directory is sent in the KoLinks API request URL to obtain results. Accommodation name and area searches filter the downloaded list locally. Business search terms may appear in infrastructure logs where request URLs are retained.
- Saved items and deletion: Saved articles, businesses, accommodation and promotions are stored inside the app on the device; the saved list is not uploaded to KoLinks. Users can unsave items in the app or clear app data through Android settings. Uninstalling may remove saved items. There is no automatic synchronisation with other devices, and remote images in saved articles require an internet connection.
- Sharing and external links: Sharing passes a link to the Android system share sheet. Website, support, map and telephone links open an external browser or app. When using the KoLinks website in a browser, this policy’s website cookies, analytics and enquiry provisions apply. Other services apply their own policies.
- Servers and infrastructure: The origin-server IP-retention statement in section 9 also applies. Cloudflare, image hosts and other providers may separately process technical information for delivery and security; actual retention depends on their settings. The absence of an analytics SDK does not mean that servers and external services process no data.

15. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our services, payment provider, backup locations or applicable law changes and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated through a site notice or another appropriate method.
